1978 Jimmy Watson Trophy winner Graeme Miller established his Dixons Creek Estate vineyard in 1988. It now comprises 30.5 Ha of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot, Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris. The winery was established 2004 and cellar door, with direct viewing of the working winery, is open 7 days 10am-5pm, for tastings, sales and tours.
